Metal Rolling & Forming
We perform precision rolling and forming operations on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper — producing consistent, accurate results across a wide range of gauges and profiles. Our equipment includes a 48" x 10-gauge roll former and a 150-ton press brake capable of handling up to ¼" x 13' material, with 12-gauge box and pan brake capabilities rounding out our forming shop.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
From one-off specialty parts to repeat production runs, we handle sheet metal fabrication with speed and accuracy. Our 12' mechanical shear and 4' x 8' CNC plasma cutting table — capable of cutting up to 1" of any conductive metal — allow us to take a project from flat stock to finished component efficiently and without waste.
Custom Welding & Fabrication
We weld and fabricate across a full range of metals including stainless steel (all 300-series grades and above), carbon steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, brass, silicon bronze, cast iron, and cast steel. Our process capabilities include TIG (with argon purge for sanitary stainless), pulse MIG, standard MIG, flux core, stick, and oxy/acetylene. Cutting methods include CNC plasma, handheld plasma, bandsaw, dry cut saw, and manual grinding. Every project is completed in-house by our experienced team.
Laser Welding & Cleaning
We offer handheld fiber laser welding and laser cleaning services using a 2,500W system operated in a dedicated, controlled environment with strict Class 4 laser safety protocols. Laser welding delivers clean, precise results with minimal heat distortion — ideal for thin materials, tight tolerances, and cosmetically sensitive work. Laser cleaning effectively removes rust, scale, and surface contamination without chemicals or abrasives.
